We carefully assess candidates’ education, work experience, and certifications to ensure compliance with Finnish industry quality and safety standards. Where necessary, we arrange work samples in the country of origin and certifications in Finland.
In recruitment, we also consider occupational safety competence, fitters’ ability to read technical drawings, and readiness to work in Finnish industrial environments. Verifying drawing-reading skills often requires cooperation with the client. We also supply supervisors and can assemble precisely the right team to meet client needs.
Industrial surface treatment specialists
We offer international recruitment solutions for industrial surface treatment tasks, including painting, spray painting, sandblasting, and corrosion protection.
We ensure that surface treatment specialists possess the required technical skills, an understanding of quality standards, and experience in industrial processes. We verify their ability to work with the client’s specified paints, correct application methods, and required coating thickness. We also ensure that employees are capable of working independently, from paint mixing to coating thickness measurements.
